A guide for staff — raising a swap request, and running the
treatment roster.
You are not signed in. You can read this page and look at the
rosters, but you cannot submit a request, see the request lists or
edit anything until you sign in.

1 Sign in first
Everything to do with requests is behind the sign-in. This is the
step people miss.
You must be signed in as Staff to submit a request — and to
see one. Both Leave & duty swap request pages and both
Intrastation swap request pages are closed to a visitor who is
not signed in: the forms will not open, and the lists that show who
has asked for what will not open either. Click one while signed out
and you are simply taken to the sign-in page.
Open the menu at the top left of any page — the
☰ button. The rail shows icons
only until you hover over it or tap it open.
Go to the Account group at the bottom and click
Sign in.
Type your staff password and press
Sign in. There is no username
— the password itself says which role you sign in as.
You land on the Treatment Machine Duty Roster, which is the
page staff work on. The badge at the top right of every page then
reads Staff, and your name is
at the foot of the menu.
The sign-in page. One password, no username — and the table underneath says what each role holds.
If you do not know the staff password, or it is refused, ask the
department administrator. If the page says sign-in is
unavailable rather than incorrect, nothing is wrong
with your password — the account database cannot be reached,
and that is one to report.
Where the four request pages are
The menu keeps the two kinds of request in two groups of their own,
because they are decided by different people. Each group holds a form
and a list.
The menu, open. Leave & duty swap request and Intrastation swap request are separate groups, and this page sits under Account - with your role and name at the foot.
Signing out is in the same Account group, and so is
Change password. If you are on a shared computer at the
console, sign out when you have finished.
